Booking method:

Terms & Conditions
1. Carpooling details
- Each passenger is limited to 1 piece of luggage. Exceeding the number or weight may result in the inability to board the Car. Please understand.
- The vehicle/model arrangement will be adjusted appropriately according to the actual situation of the day to ensure the best service for you.
- There may be adults and children on the trip. Please be considerate of each other and maintain a good travel order.
- Please keep your personal belongings properly. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage.
Important reminder: It is strictly forbidden to bring or eat durian on the bus.
- It is strictly forbidden to eat and drink in the car (except water). The cost of cleaning any spilled drinks or food will be borne by the passenger. The relevant cleaning costs will be based on the receipt of the company or cleaning company.
- If the vehicle needs to be cleaned due to vomiting or other behaviors of the passenger, the relevant cleaning costs will be borne by the passenger, and the cost will be based on the receipt provided by the company or cleaning company.
- If the airfare and tour fares increase due to currency fluctuations or changes in petrol prices, the tour price is subject to change without prior notice
2. On-time meeting and liability for late arrival
- If the customer fails to report at the designated time and place, it will be deemed as a self-cancellation of the trip and all fees will not be refunded.
- Please arrive on time at the specified meeting time and place. The company will not be responsible for any losses or failure to travel caused by passengers' late arrival or failure to board the car on time.
3. Booking confirmation and seat guarantee
- Before booking, please be sure to confirm the departure date and seat availability with customer service in advance to ensure smooth arrangements.
- All reservations must be made at least 2 days before the trip, all seats are first-come, first-served, and reservations that have not been confirmed after the deadline will not be accepted.
4. Refund policy
- Happy Express Travel Sdn Bhd will not refund any orders once they are confirmed. If you encounter any problems, we recommend that you contact the consultation department for assistance.
